EODev was looking for a solution to remotely manage technical support and secure the process of commissioning its products. With an international network of distributors, the challenge was to digitize the after-sales strategy to guarantee effective and globally accessible support.

EODev selected Kolus for its ease of deployment and its integrated approach. Kolus made it possible to quickly familiarize EODev's network of international distributors with a unique application, reinforcing the company's commitment to a digitalized after-sales service strategy. In addition, EODev has set up the Kolus “Assistance Course”, an innovative QR code system affixed to its equipment. This journey allows customers and teams in the field to scan the QR code to access a chatbot guiding the user through a series of predefined questions to precisely diagnose the problem encountered. After the diagnosis, the user receives the appropriate documentation to attempt to solve the problem independently. If necessary, a direct connection with an EODev expert is established for more in-depth support, allowing communication by messages, photo uploads and, if necessary, video assistance.
