Kolus raises funds to simplify technical support for businesses
Kolus, a Lyon-based company specializing in video assistance for professionals and manufacturers, announces a fundraiser from Evolem, Holnest, and a few business angels including Jean-Paul Genoux (Dimo Software), Marc Montrieul and Patrick Bertrand. This operation aims to accelerate the development of its innovative SaaS solution and to strengthen its team to meet growing demand.
A simple and effective product for manufacturers
Directed by William Kelbert and Maxime Guertin, Kolus offers an interactive assistance software solution, facilitating remote support for after-sales service. Since its launch in January 2022, Kolus has attracted more than 120 companies, including 5 major groups (Vinci, Veolia, Liebherr, Fives, Eiffage), and recorded a growth of 150% in 2023, reaching profitability in its first full year.
“We raised “only” €600,000 because our economic model is solid and our growth is sustained. This fundraising will allow us to strengthen our commercial and technical team to support our strong development,” explains William Kelbert, CEO of Kolus.
A story of resilience and innovation
Kolus was born as a result of Tikaway, a company that pioneered smart glasses for manufacturers. William and Maxime were able to strengthen customer trust with a new simplified solution and a more effective approach.
“Our Kolus solution has been very well received on the market thanks to its ease of use and its ability to meet the challenges of after-sales services”, adds Maxime Guertin, CEO.

The funds raised fromEvolem, Holnest and business angels such as Jean-Paul Genoux, Marc Montrieul and Patrick Bertrand will serve to strengthen the commercial and technical structure of the company.
