Frequently asked questions about integrations
Answers to the most common technical questions about Kolus connectivity.
Our ERP is old or heavily customized, can we still integrate it?
Yes. Our connectors adapt to specific database structures, and we can also handle automated flat file imports and exports (CSV, XML, JSON) via SFTP if your ERP APIs are not available.
Is data synchronization performed in real time?
Yes. Critical exchanges (ticket creation, closure of a signed work order report) are transmitted instantly via webhooks. On the other hand, large reference tables (items, complete machine fleets) can be synchronized at a configurable frequency.
Who takes care of configuring the connectors?
Kolus technical teams work hand in hand with your IT department, IT manager, or regular ERP integrator to deploy and validate the gateway.
What happens if a technician works offline without network access?
Offline, the mobile application locally stores photos, the customer signature, and the voice note. As soon as the smartphone reconnects to 4G/5G or Wi-Fi, this data is then transmitted to Kolus and pushed to your ERP.
